It's going to be in the area of Union Valley and North Willow Bend. There was initially a male that was laying on the side of the ring. Before we disconnected though, they advised that he was up walking around and was possibly northbound, but he appeared to be on Status 60 (Narcotics/Dangerous Drugs Invl) or 10-56 (Intoxicated Pedestrian).
