I just received a TX from an RP that advised an hour prior that on 7th and Grant Street, her and her friend were walking and there was a male on a scooter with a white mask and backpack. The girls believed that he was following them and wanted to report to make us aware. [name], he does not want to speak with an officer. It's unknown if this male subject was still in that area. He advised they've been home for an hour.
