15-97, 14-50, Bloomington welfare. 97. Okay. 2100 block of North Walnut Street at the Hampton Inn, Kim Clayton requesting a check on a female who's supposedly going through withdrawal. They're going to be standing outside of the hotel. It's a white female wearing jeans with blue backpack. Clear. If he's the one that checked out for that, start at 10-52 (Ambulance needed).
