41 IU Drive, 41. 41-B en route to Ashton Moffett Hall at 1700 block of East 10th Street. RP advised he has sent photos to a scammer on Snapchat. I included the username in the CAD. RP has already sent $50 and is being threatened that if he doesn't send another $50 his photos or videos will be sent or posted. He's requesting for you to meet him outside. He's a black male wearing a blue shorts and navy blue hoodie and flip-flops. RP is in distress and is requesting for you to come as quickly as you can if he's afraid that the scammer will send the vids quickly.
